Pricing and Appointments:

Loving Paws operates our grooming salon on an appointment basis and our prices are based on a dog’s size, coat condition, temperament, and service you are requesting. You will be given an estimate at the time of making an appointment. The office staff will take all calls, work to answer your questions and make appointments while the groomer concentrates on their current grooming appointment. 

 

We attempt to create a relaxing atmosphere for your dog to make it an enjoyable experience, at the time of your appointment, your groomer will greet you and assess your dog and talk with you. Depending on your needs and the dog's condition and temperament, your  appointment may take 5 - 6 hours. 

 

Regardless of how long each service takes to be completed, you will receive a text message or a phone call 20 to 30 minutes before your dog is ready. Loving Paws Salon Hours are 8:30 am - until all dogs are completed.

~24 Hour Cancellation Policy~ Our groomers work hard to cater to your individual needs and this is their livelihood. We ask that you please give us enough time to fill the spot if you cannot make your appointment. We do understand that special circumstances happen, but if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $10 Fee the first time and a $20 Fee after that. You will also be asked to pre-pay for the groom going forward.  

 

Hours of Grooming: 

Loving Paws Salon Hours are 8:30 am - until all dogs are completed. 

 

Early Drop Off: It is considered Early Drop Off anytime prior to 5 minutes before your appointment time. Prior arrangements must be made if you need to drop your dog off early or you may be charged a $5 Fee.  Grooming will begin at the scheduled start time due to other appointments and you may not be able to speak with the groomer as they will be working with another client.

Vaccinations:  

All dogs are required to have the Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations

**For the safety of your pet, Loving Paws Pet Services of Mid MO LLC will recommend that all dogs over the age of 12 years old be groomed in a facility that has both a groomer and a veterinarian.  Thank you for your understanding.**
